【日英・バイリンガルヨガクラス】夜クラス！＠Spaces Shinagawa 

品川から歩いて２分の高層タワー・品川イーストワンタワー内に

11月にオープンしたばかりの素敵なコーワーキングスペースにて開催！ 

オールレベル、初心者の方でも大丈夫なクラスです🤗 

１日の仕事の終わりに優しいハタヨガでリラックスしませんか。

 肩の力を抜いて、身体の緊張をほどき、呼吸に集中する時間。 

体にスペースを作り、忙しい頭の回転をシンプルにスッキリさせましょう。 

終わる頃にはとてもリフレッシュして落ち着いた気持ちになっているはず。 

（クラスは日本語と英語の両方で行われます） 

・料金 ２０００円

（Spacesメンバー１５００円／初回無料）

・持ち物 

- お水、必要な方はフェイスタオル

- 動きやすい格好でお越し下さい（着替えはお手洗いにて出来ます）

- ヨガマットは貸し出しがあります

Evening gentle Hatha yoga in Tokyo @spaces Shinagawa

Join us at this brand new beautiful co-working space! 

This class is for all-level, open class for anyone! 

First time to yoga, not flexible? no worry! Just relax, stay present and enjoy the moment. 

Join me for a gentle hatha yoga class after a long day. 

Letting go any tension from the body, focus on your breath to create a space and clear up your mind. 

You will feel so refresh and relax afterward. 

(Class will be taught both in English & Japanese.) 

・Price ¥2,000 (¥1,500 for Spaces member/ free of charge for first time)

(There is only one price option(¥2,000) to make an online payment)

If you would pay on the spot, please be ready to have coins, 1,000yen or 5,000yen. I can't accept 10,000yen.

- water, facial towel

- please come with comfortable clothes (changeable at bathroom)
